"Photography is an avenue where I can share a glimpse of my vantage point of people and things. My goal as a photographer is to tell both a story and evoke intense emotions to the viewer. I am in love with shallow depth of field and soft lighting but I am also thrilled to always explore other photographic avenues.  I lean toward a more commercial and editorial look to my photographs.  My goal as a photographer is to make a mark in the industry and share the joy in sculpting the light and creating something visually compelling that viewers will enjoy to engage with." - Cherrie May
